Forty-eight millimetre hardened steel conical burrs in an aluminium body, with the adjustment ring under the burr rather than under the handle — so the setting does not drift as you grind, which is the failure that makes most hand grinders frustrating rather than merely slow. Thirty grams of medium grind takes about forty seconds.
